Conveyancing Solicitor, Dublin Salary €55,000 – 80,000
Our Client, a thriving and successful Dublin firm, now has a vacancy for a strong Conveyancing Solicitor to deal with the growth in business.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post qualified experience in conveyancing.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all aspects of conveyancing as well as landlord and tenant work
• Buying and selling registered and unregistered freehold/ leasehold properties including residential second-hand houses, new houses and apartments as well as commercial premises.
• Preparing Booklet of Title
• Handling the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold residential properties
• Mortgaging and re-mortgaging of residential and commercial properties
• Acquiring and assigning leasehold commercial properties, obtaining Landlord's consent
• Reviewing and drafting of residential and commercial letting agreements
• Representing and advising lending institutions with regard to security
• Property Due Diligence in commercial transactions
• Also responsible for the drafting of letting agreements for residential and commercial premises, company formations and debt collection
