In-House Capital Markets lawyer, Dublin Salary € Negotiable
Our Client, a global financial services organization, is actively seeking a strong lawyer with minimum 5 years pqe in financial services law.
The position works with the legal team to direct and monitor a broad array of legal matters including corporate and securities transactions, trading documentation, venture capital, private equity transactions and general business matters. This role requires the individual to interact with all levels of management within and outside the organization.
Main Duties:
Reviews, documents and negotiates sophisticated OTC derivative documentation.
Reviews, documents and negotiates clearing, trading and brokerage agreements.
Reviews, documents and negotiates corporate transactions, including acquisitions, systems agreements and technology license agreements.
Documents and negotiates employment agreements.
Oversees and coordinates litigation matters.
Proactively identify and evaluate legal risks associated with new businesses and transactions.
Advice on Company Secretarial matters.
Additional duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
Must have strong negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication
Strong academic credentials and superior writing and analytical skills
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Experience
At least 5 years prior corporate/ securities related legal experience
