Our Client is a leading global law firm, with a reputation for excellence on high end corporate transactions. Due to demand the firm is actively recruiting for experienced corporate lawyers to join the expanding corporate teams in Shanghai and Beijing.
The successful applicant will be working on takeovers, restructures, mergers and acquisitions and will give clients the competitive commercial edge they are seeking. Ideally you will have 2-6 years pqe in a top tier environment and enjoy working in a driven, hard working and committed team. Lawyers at Partner level with strong corporate experience will also be considered.
Fluent Mandarin/Chinese is essential.
