In-House lawyer/Legal Manager Dublin Salary €60,000 - 80,000
Our Client, a prestigious professional services provider, is seeking to recruit, an in-house Lawyer due to business expansion. This is a new position for the company which will make it a very exciting challenge for the individual.
This role will suit a strong Lawyer who has had exposure to either all or some of the following:
- Compliance/Risk management.
- Property law
- Employment law
- Chartered surveyors legislation
- Health & Safety
The role will involve:
- Working closely with each business unit and writing new policies and procedures
- Devising a new code of ethics manual
- Managing fraud/malpractice concerns
- Managing corporate social responsibilities
- Dealing with employment law matters and health and matters
- Managing all compliance for the group
The successful person may take on some of the in-house conveyancing in the longer term which is now outsourced to external Lawyers. However, depending on how busy the role is there may be a need to hire a full time conveyancer.
