Our client, a global IT organisation, is seeking a strong IT/IP Lawyer to join the London team
This young company provides IT-based products and solutions exclusively to the financial services industry. A commercially orientated lawyer is now required to join as European Counsel.
You will report directly to the COO in London as well as liaise with counterparts in the US. You will need to be upbeat and adaptable as your responsibilities will vary from supporting all sales activity to negotiating and drafting technology, service and outsourcing agreements as well as interacting at a strategic level.
An understanding of UK and US regulatory issues would be a distinct advantage but not a prerequisite.
You must be a proficient negotiator and familiar with IT outsourcing agreements.
