PPP/Project Finance Lawyers (All Levels), Dublin Salary €50,000 - 100,000
Our Client, a top tier Irish law firm has vacancies for projects lawyers at all levels due to an influx of business. They have recently won Ireland's biggest PPP contract and hence need a strong team to realise the contract.
Deals Experience:
Experience of PPP transactions of a complex nature ideal as is experience working on large transactions. You will be capable of advising on issues of the largest scale or degree of complexity and managing the achievement of results within the required deadline.
PPP Experience:
You will be involved in many PPP projects with a private financing component In the course of this work, you will represent bidders, the public sector and funders. Experience of overseas projects an advantage but not essential.
