Mid-level Associate with strong corporate and commercial experience gained in private practice is wanted for this expanding Middle Eastern team within a leading global firm.
Ideally the candidate will have had substantial experience of working in Saudi Arabia and will be able to demonstrate a track record in Saudi Capital Markets, M&A and inward foreign investment. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Strong, if not fluent, written and spoken Arabic is essential. Admission to common law jurisdiction is preferred.
