Our Client, a medium sized UK Commercial Law firm, is seeking a Strong Commercial Lawyer to join the London office.
The firm which focuses its core practice areas around specific industry sectors seeks to appoint a corporate solicitor seeking partnership within 12 months. The firm is known as being a leader in it's field and it has a broad and active client base including both domestic and international companies who are seeking to raise capital through secondary market listings.
The corporate practice handles most transactional corporate finance areas including IPOs, M & A, JVs etc. The firm is very profitable for its size and its client list is impressive. Existing partners of the firm include a number from much larger City firms who enjoy a healthy work/life balance and a competitive charge out rate structure.
