Our Client’s Healthcare Group offers a broad range of services to clients including malpractice claims, personal injury, inquests, Medical Council work and non-contentious work such as the provision of advice on the regulatory framework in the Healthcare sector. The team is very highly regarded for their work in this field.

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Medical Negligence Solicitor to join the team.

As well as dealing with litigation matters relating to the field, the successful applicant will also work as an advisor to the hospital sector , to manufacturers of pharmaceutical products and to leading corporates on regulatory and licencing requirements governing healthcare related business activity.

Among other litigation matters you will represent medical professionals :

  • for HSE enquiries
  • at Irish Medicine Board investigations and prosecutions
  • in defence of court proceedings
  • for medical and dental council proceedings

The successful applicant will be qualified to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland and will have substantial experience in defence medical negligence matters with a leading law firm.
