Pensions Lawyer, Dublin

Our Client, a leading law firm, has a great opportunity for a 2-4 year PQE to work with the Employment Pensions and Benefits Group within the firm.

Ideally you will have experience in many areas of pensions and employee benefits law. Particular emphasis is required on the establishment of revenue approved pension schemes, including drafting of trust documentation and advising both employers and trustees in relation to pension schemes.

You will also have exposure to pensions regulatory compliance, pensions trusteeship issues and a good working knowledge of the Pensions Act and pensions regulations.

The Employment, Pensions and Benefits Group works for a wide range of national and multinational employer companies, Government Departments, state bodies and trustees of pension schemes.

The firm is looking to employ a candidate who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, excellent time management skills and who is a focussed individual with a passion for this area.
